Our devoted creation process has led us to carefully source a 100% woven cotton twill fabric. We have implemented this soft and sturdy thread into our classic dad hats, producing an authentic fit and feel. The process begins with the weaving together of the 100% cotton twill fibers. The joining of these threads creates a hand feel and weight that is unmatched. Our 100% cotton twill produces a thread count of 108x56 and weighs in at a 285-grams, the perfect weight for these classic, everyday caps. This density allows for it to run smoothly through our manufacturing process.
