What another great experience! I decided to customize a hat this time from my childhood, neighborhood using my High School colors of royal blue and white with the zip code. I personalized it as there is a town here in Southern Cal with the same name of my town in Chicago. What gets often overlooked is the professional packaging and care of the hat that is professionally wrapped, which to me signifies that your product was given that extra touch, it’s special! I’ll be seeing you again HoodHat.

When I removed the hat from the box the stitching along the ends of the bill are already coming out. The seams are off center as well which is probanly why the stitches popped. Aterialmis nice and looks OK but disappointed in what we received for the price paid.

This is the best hat on this planet, period. Merino keeps you cool in summer, warm in winter, and never smells! I love that you can customize them!! We give hats for Christmas, birthdays, for everyone! They are the best and the customer service is out of site! My husband only wears hood hats.

I let the company know that I was having mechanical issues with a pin’s clasp and ultimately lost the pin because of it (fell off my backpack in a public place). They responded within minutes and had a replacement sent to me asap, and the package I just received INCLUDED 2 of the pins I originally ordered and 2 other complementary Hood branded pins. Way to go with customer service! Thanks, team!

Recently, I received my custom designed “Chicago South Shore” hat. It’s black and white, the colors of my beloved Chicago White Sox. Let me make it short. My daughter who LOVES hats came over to visit last night. I showed her my latest hat from HoodHat, she was beside herself with excitement! She saw the craftsmanship and detail, and knew it just wasn’t any type of hat! She was SO impressed with my hat, she literally asked, if I would let her have it… I had to break her heart, (and I would give this daughter almost ANYTHING) …Let me explain, I love this hat so much I would sleep in it if I could! The design, stitching, lettering, fabric (cashmere) such a comfortable fit on my head and visible quality it carries, I’m the envy of my hood and clearly some family members too!
