I was a bit skeptical to order a hat online. I have a huge head and would have preferred to try one on. I also thought the design/ text looked a little misaligned on the online creator tool.
However, customer service chat assured me that if there were any issues with the hat (design, fit, whatever), that they'd take care of me.
When the hat arrived, there was no need to take care of me because they already had. Great fit, high end materials, even classy packaging. Design is perfect, I wear this thing every day.

I was very surprised how quickly I received my hat after I ordered it. The quality is really good and I got compliments right away.
