POLICIES

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All custom hat orders are final and can not be returned or exchanged. 

Stock hat orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Hat(s) must be unworn with original packaging and tags intact.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

A 5% (five percent) restocking fee will be passed through to customers on returns and exchanges.

 

ORDER ALTERATIONS

If you would like to make adjustments and/or revisions to the artwork of your custom order there is a $15 fee.

If you would like to change hat silhouette, color and/or thread color please email us at info@hoodhat.com within 1 (one) hour of placing your order. Color and silhouette revisions are made at no cost to customers.

 

SHIPPING 

All custom orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. All stock orders typically ship within 3 business days.


WARRANTIES

We will replace any defective products. 

If a production related mistake is made by HOOD we will remake and ship you a replacement hat at no additional cost.

If the customer makes a mistake on a custom hat order we will offer a 25% off discount on a replacement order.
