Thanks for your interest in HOOD. We work with select retailers around the world. If you are a retailer interested in stocking HOOD please email us at info@hoodhat.com and our sales team will follow up with you within 24 hours.

Who pays for shipping?

On orders under $100, shipping costs are passed through to the customer. On domestic orders of $100 or more, we cover the shipping costs. For international orders all shipping costs pass through to the customer.

How long do custom orders take to ship?

Please allow us 3 weeks to complete your custom order.

Can I make a hat that says what I want?

Our customize link gives you the ability to select from ten different hat colors and twenty different thread colors and you can choose your neighborhood or what you want on your custom script hat. We do not, however, permit the use of inappropriate or vulgar language or innuendo on our caps. If your concept isn’t in line with our brand standards we will contact you by email and give you an option to revise or issue a full refund if customer chooses.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, with shipping costs, taxes and duties passing through to customers.

Do you sell to retailers?

Yes, please contact us at info@hoodhat.com and someone from our sales team will reach out to you.

Can I make a hat you have but in a different colorway?

Can I return a custom hat?
No.  All sales are final with our custom work and one of ones.
Can I make returns or exchanges?
Yes. We want you to be happy above all else. If you don’t like your gear you can return it or exchange it within 30 days. Just email us at info@hoodhat.com to initiate a return.

Return Policy

If it didn’t work for you just send us a note and we’ll issue a full refund upon receipt of the return.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@hoodhat.com and we will email you a return shipping label.

All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH CUSTOMIZED HATS AND ONE OF ONES. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

WE DO NOT PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON RETURNS

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non refundable and do not expire. 
 
Gift cards are sent via e-mail to the recipient. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address or a nonexistent address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser. 
 
Gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the gift card Number during checkout. 
Returned Items that were bought via gift card will be issued a gift card. 
 
To check the available balance on a gift card, email info@hoodhat.com and make sure to provide the name, email address and gift card#, and we will reply as soon as possible.
