I was building my third custom hat, but none of the thread options matched what I was going for. I reached out to customer service via chat, and Max & Damian immediately helped me out and made a note to swap out the thread color for a darker brown. They were responsive and made the entire process so simple, and I absolutely love my new hat.
These hats are so well-made and VERY high-quality! I reached out to get a custom hat made in the format of the "name game" that was outside of the current customizer layout, and it was easily accommodated too. I wound up buying 10 hats because these will be fantastic gifts for friends. Highly recommend buying these hats, they're SO comfortable too.
Just ordered my first Hood Hat and it’s awesome. Having ordered the hat from the UK it took a while to be delivered, but it was worth the wait. Love everything about the hat from the quality materials to how it looks on! Highly recommended!

The hood I ordered was exactly how I imagined it would be! I ordered the lifted text with a red letter and a white outline. The stitching on the “logo” is so professionally done. It’ll last longer than me! Top notch!!!
If the hood hat advertisement found you on Instagram and you bit because you were a couple whiskeys in... you wont be disappointed. Two orders in for fire department themed hats and the quality and uniqueness is worth paying for.
