“Compton, Compton, ain't no city quite like mine”. The significance of the city of Compton within the origins of West Coast hip hop have been magnified in these lyrics by Kendrick Lamar. Since the debut album, Straight Outta Compton, by N.W.A, Compton has been the capital of West Coast gangsta rap. The innovative, yet raw and cutting, lyrical rhymes of Eazy E, MC Ren, Dr.Dre and Ice Cube have portrayed the life and times of living within the borders of Compton, California.

Our signature pattern offers mid-profile architecture in line with the fit of vintage caps. We line the interior with 100% cotton khaki finishes along with salt and pepper buckram that matches. Our flat bill visor has a tonal wool undervisor that matches the color of the cap. Plastic snapback closures provide flexibility in size and fit.

Our carefully sourced Australian Merino Wool adorns our signature mid profile fit and is the finest wool in the world. Better fit for larger heads

Amazing customer service here. Hood provided hats that better fit my larger head when I wasn't satisfied with the fit on my original order. They did not have to do this, but made a long time customer in the process. The quality of material is also top notch.
