Just got my Chicago hat in a couple of days ago, it fits comfortably! Stellar customer service! The professional packing reminds you this isn’t just any hat, the quality of the hat leaves you exuding with neighborhood pride. Pleased to sport my hat here in Southern Cal, but will be heading back to Chicago soon and it’ll be great to remind my Chicago citizens how “we go hard in the paint” in representing ” Chicago! What another great experience! I decided to customize a hat this time from my childhood, neighborhood using my High School colors of royal blue and white with the zip code. I personalized it as there is a town here in Southern Cal with the same name of my town in Chicago. What gets often overlooked is the professional packaging and care of the hat that is professionally wrapped, which to me signifies that your product was given that extra touch, it’s special! When I removed the hat from the box the stitching along the ends of the bill are already coming out. The seams are off center as well which is probanly why the stitches popped. Aterialmis nice and looks OK but disappointed in what we received for the price paid.
