First Time Hat Customizer!

What another great experience! I decided to customize a hat this time from my childhood, neighborhood using my High School colors of royal blue and white with the zip code. I personalized it as there is a town here in Southern Cal with the same name of my town in Chicago. What gets often overlooked is the professional packaging and care of the hat that is professionally wrapped, which to me signifies that your product was given that extra touch, it’s special! Little disappointed

When I removed the hat from the box the stitching along the ends of the bill are already coming out. The seams are off center as well which is probanly why the stitches popped. Aterialmis nice and looks OK but disappointed in what we received for the price paid.

This is the best hat on this planet, period. Merino keeps you cool in summer, warm in winter, and never smells! I love that you can customize them!! We give hats for Christmas, birthdays, for everyone! They are the best and the customer service is out of site! My husband only wears hood hats.
